Patrick brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, public-sector, financial services, and professional services organizations. Throughout his career, he has focused on building the people, systems, and processes that allow mission-driven organizations to operate effectively and expand their impact. As Director of Operations at Community Builders, Patrick oversees the organization’s financial and administrative operations, human resources, technology, compliance, and internal systems.
Patrick currently lives in Vancouver, Washington, with his wife, Amy, and they plan to relocate to Colorado in September 2026. He is also the proud father of three adult daughters. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys hiking, roasting coffee, and exploring new places. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation.
