Rachael Blondy

Project Associate II
With a background working within the sustainable architectural materials world, Rachael believes that building resilience starts at the ground level. Community members are the best judge of their development needs and empowering them to make decisions to build their own resilient futures is Rachael’s priority. This foundation helped Rachael shape Colorado’s newly revamped Rural Technical Assistance Program during her Masters of the Environment capstone project at The University of Colorado Boulder. Rachael is a practiced facilitator with the ability to develop creative public engagement strategies that are invested in uniting all members of a conversation.
In her free time, Rachael can be found turning down dirt roads to sleep beneath the stars, skiing as many months out of the year as she can and talking to strangers. If she isn’t actively moving outside, she’s most likely immersed in a book or whipping up a storm in the kitchen for her friends.
