Angelo has spent the majority of his career developing and overseeing human resources programs. His business partner approach to HR has helped the teams he has led to build positive relationships & meaningful outcomes. Angelo’s strengths lie in creating and implementing inclusive organizational development strategies to build a strong sense of belonging and high-performing teams. Perhaps his most unique talent is in helping his teammates identify their strengths and purpose to unleash their full potential.
A native of Chicago, Angelo has lived in the Vail Valley for 19 years, and is currently Deputy County Manager for Eagle County Government. Committed to supporting his community, he led the development of local leaders through the Community Leadership Academy, trained his friends and neighbors in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and taught youth life skills through an Anti-Bully Program. Angelo enjoys music and the outdoors and currently lives in Gypsum, Colorado with his wife Erin, and son Blu.
